Councillor Clive Napier recognizes that many Tshwane residents go hungry, do not have work, nor access to basic services such as housing, water, electricity and sewage - and other residents whose existing services are under-resourced, and often erratic and inefficient.
Councillor Napier also takes serious note of the chaotic state of the municipality’s finances including a debt in the order of R3 billion, cash flow problems and the many rate payers who experience severe difficulties in making ends meet and paying the normal rates and service charges due to the municipality. Mindful of the many ratepayers, particularly those of ward 57 that experience serious hardships, Councilor Napier …

Koffie is die winter se warmste drankie

Eleanor Bron

That is just one of the reasons why South Africa’s sunny days are perfect for solar heating systems. Although available for many years, people have still not converted to solar power heating.
However, with ever increasing electricity bills, power outages and public outcries for going green, more people are now looking at alternative ways to save money and still have their luxury of continuous hot water.
You don’t have to purchase a new geyser just yet. You can convert your existing geyser to use solar power until you need to replace the geyser. The size of the heating panel is determined by the amount …

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is a new phenomenon. However, oxygen as a therapy has been used from as early as the 1660’s.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy was presumably developed by the U.S. military after the First World War to cure deep sea divers of decompression sickness. It was during these tests and trials that the medicinal qualities of hyperbaric oxygen chambers were discovered. In hyperbaric oxygen chambers patients breathe pure oxygen while in a chamber with increased atmospheric pressure.
Dr Gregory Weir says that this stimulates blood circulation and increases the blood oxygen count at least 15 fold. (PaO2 100 up to PaO2 1500mm Hg). Carbon Monoxide poisoning, decompression sickness, …
