Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan invites South Africans to send their tips on what they would like to see in the country’s budget.
South Africans are also encouraged to send through tips on how growth can be made more inclusive, such as spread to more people and thus reducing unemployment, poverty and inequality.
The budget tips campaign is run throughout the year and ensures active participation in government programmes, especially matters related to the economy.
Minister Gordhan will present the 2013 budget to Parliament on 27 February 2013 at 2pm.

President Zuma receives an award for efforts towards the eradication of malaria

President Jacob Zuma recently received an award presented by the African Leaders Malaria Alliance (ALMA) on the sidelines of the 20th Ordinary Session of the African Union Assembly of Heads of State and Government, taking place in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

This is the approach of the new owners at The Cake Factory in Doringkloof.
While loving baking, they pride themselves in quality products and service with dedicated individual client care.

Police officers remembered

Business Networking inspires

Hirsch’s Centurion held their first monthly networking business meeting with John Broome, as the guest speaker.
John speech on “What to do differently this year to turn those New Year resolutions into achievable goals” was an inspiration to all.
Kevin Leak (Chirologist) and guest speaker at a next meeting took hand prints for an analysis on their personality, health and general being.
As part of the networking process, every guest was allowed to introduce themself and their business after which a lucky draw for various prizes was held.
