Sustainability Week offers seminars for all

Sustainability Week, hosted by the City of Tshwane, offers a variety of conferences and seminars from 23 to 25 June 2015 in Pretoria.
This multifaceted event will bring together government officials from across Africa, the private sector, professionals, researchers and NGO’s to engage on sustainability to ultimately advance the Green Economy.
The African Capital Cities Sustainability Forum, a new addition to Sustainability Week, will explore various opportunities to address the sustainability imperative arising from the current and numerous challenges African cities face on a daily basis.
The Forum will see high level speakers from around the continent including Dr. Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma, Chairperson of African Union.
This significant pan African dialogue will lay the foundation for expanded African co-operation at the city level and at the urban scale.
There will also be a multitude of eco-exhibitors, displaying eco-friendly technology such as electric cars and bicycles; energy and water efficient appliances; natural and organic products; and so much more.
Seminars will include discussions on sustainability of African Capital Cities; Mining; Green Building; Food Security; Transport and Mobility; Green Manufacturing; Energy; Vision Zero Waste; Infrastructure; Water; Responsible Tourism; Green Business; Youth and the Green Economy and the Green Home Fair.
