As the city’s ultimate holiday extravaganza, Mthembu states, “While Rio has its Carnival, and New Orleans the Mardi Gras, Johannesburg is now afforded its own annual Milestone event – The Joburg Easter Festival will certainly present what Johannesburg is all about.”
