Roller Sport Championship for the city

Roller Sport South Africa (RSSA) is very proud to host the 35th SA Speed Roller Skating Championship from the 3 – 6 April 2011.

Road races will take place in Mandela Village, Hammanskraal and the track racing on the 5 – 6 April 2011 at the Pilditch stadium in Pretoria West.

With the assistance of the National Lottery Distribution Trust Fund, the City of Tshwane and Sport and Recreation South Africa it will be the biggest South African championship ever.

A record amount of skaters have entered and the competition will be of a very high standard.

Experienced competitors from Eastern Cape, Gauteng, KwaZulu Natal, Mpumalanga, North West and Western Cape will participate in the age groups and World level Junior and Senior sections.

Beginners from 18 clubs will compete in their first South African championship.

The world championship will take place in Korea from the 30August to 5 September 2011 and the skaters will do their best to be included in the South African Team.
