The Job Club Dream Out Loud Business competition winners announced

The Job Club, an NGO involved in enterprise development and upliftment programmes in disadvantaged communities and on student campuses, held a successful business plan competition for young people under the age of 35.
The Job Club have a team of people who are passionate about helping young entrepreneurs to find their feet and hosted a first youth business plan competition in September 2011. The aim was to look for business plans that were either viable or had the potential to be viable.
In this business plan competition, The Job Club in partnership with the SA Council for Business Women (SACBW) has created a platform whereby the process of assistance and guidance for aspirant young entrepreneurs can start.
It’s not just about who wins – it’s about finding out what people need and then addressing those needs.
The winners were announced during the SACBW Congress and Expo that took place at the Botanical Gardens, Pretoria.
The first place was shared between Carlè Rothero and Kenneth Shupinyane. Veronica Alves came second and Nelson Sibiya came third. The 4th place was also shared by Ilse Pienaar and Nonhlanhla Zulu. In fifth place was Fergus Joemath.
