Celebrating Incredible India Day

India Club recently presented their annual festive celebration of Incredible India Day in Randburg to celebrate the 66th anniversary of their freedom from colonial rule.

In honor of this special day in India, the organizing body of the India Club welcomed the public to experience and participate in the festival of celebrating Incredible India Day.

The event featured a medley of Indian exhibit stands with stalls ranging from clothing, home decor, music, ayurvedic and homeopathic treatment products.

The line-up of the entertainment programme included the colourful Bihu dancers from North Eastern India, folk dances from Orissa, rajasthan and Bengal, the Lavni performers of Maharashtra and local fusion performances from homegrown ‘Mzansi’.

South Indian ‘Super Singers’ star Mano also made an appearance.
