Businesses should not lose their flavour

Erik Vermeulen, motivational speaker from Leader Motivation Systems, was the guest speaker at the August monthly business network function at Hirsch’s Centurion.
He explained that even the best companies can lose their flavour by not rendering an excellent service to their customers and business owners must guard against losing customers to rival companies.
Erik then also assisted by handing out lucky draw prizes sponsored by various businesses where after every guest introduced their businesses. Chirologist, Kevin Leak, offered a free handprint reading to the guests.
